The Padel Official ("the App") is built by Centrifical, Inc. We believe your data is yours and yours alone. This privacy policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.
Short version: We collect nothing. Everything runs on your device.
Data Collection
The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. Specifically:
- No analytics or usage tracking
- No crash reporting
- No advertising identifiers
- No cookies or web beacons
- No location data
- No device fingerprinting
On-Device Processing
All decision trees, rulings, and AI processing happen entirely on your device. No data is sent to external servers. The App functions fully without an internet connection.
Apple Intelligence
If you use Apple Intelligence features within the App, those interactions are processed by Apple's on-device models according to Apple's own privacy policies. The Padel Official does not receive, store, or transmit any data from those interactions.
Accounts & Authentication
The App does not require or support user accounts. There are no sign-ups, logins, or passwords. No personal information is ever requested.
Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Centrifical, Inc. does not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details. For questions about App Store purchases, refer to Apple's billing support.
Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are no SDKs, no embedded trackers, and no external network requests made by the App.
Children's Privacy
The App does not collect data from any user, including children under 13. Because no personal information is collected, the App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.
Data Sharing
We do not share data with third parties because we do not collect data. There is nothing to share.
Data Retention
No user data is stored on our servers. Any preferences or history within the App are stored locally on your device and can be removed by deleting the App.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. Because we collect no data, we do not anticipate changes — but if our practices ever evolve, we will be transparent about it.
